Our goal is to challenge dancers while ensuring they are placed in an environment where they can thrive both technically and personally.

Company Levels

As Thrive Dance Project continues to grow, we are excited to introduce three levels within our Company Program. This structure allows dancers to train at the level that best supports their growth while continuing to develop strong technique, performance quality, and confidence.

Company placement is determined through auditions and faculty evaluation.

Pro-Company:

Intermediate/Elite Competitive Company (pieces entered based on assessment and readiness)

The Pro Company is designed for dancers who are committed to continuing to develop their technique and performance skills while gaining strong competitive experience. The Pro Company is designed to reflect our competition company as it was the first three seasons.

• compliant with high school dance team seasons / schedules

• Strong effort and dedication in class

• Willingness to grow technically and artistically

• Positive attitude and teamwork

• Ability to learn choreography and perform confidently

• Weekly technique classes

• Two Ballet Classes per week

• One combo class

• Unlimited electives

• 3-4 competitions during the season

• Optional Nationals opportunity depending on team and individual readiness

• Group dances (max number of dances based on age level)

• Solos, duos, and trios available based on readiness (entered in intermediate or elite)

Dancers looking to continue building their competitive experience and progress technically.

Dancers may move between company levels as their technique, commitment, and performance ability develop. Our goal is to place each dancer where they will thrive, feel confident, and be challenged appropriately.
