Our goal is to challenge dancers while ensuring they are placed in an environment where they can thrive both technically and personally.

Company Levels

As Thrive Dance Project continues to grow, we are excited to introduce three levels within our Company Program. This structure allows dancers to train at the level that best supports their growth while continuing to develop strong technique, performance quality, and confidence.

Company placement is determined through auditions and faculty evaluation.

The Elite Company represents the highest level of training and commitment at Thrive Dance Project. Dancers in this company demonstrate strong technical ability, performance quality, and dedication to their training. 

• compliant with high school dance team seasons / schedules

• Excellent technique & performance quality
• Strong work ethic & rehearsal focus
• Ability to quickly retain choreography
• Positive leadership & commitment to the team

• Strength/Conditioning & Technique 1 hour
• Ballet 2.5 hours
• Combo Classes 2 hours total
• Elite Co. Combo Class 1 hour
• some rehearsal blocks will be held on Saturday mornings & afternoons

• 2 Mandatory Conventions/Competitions for elite-level only
• one of these will be for solos only & the other will include group dances as well
• 3-4 Full-Studio Competitions 
• Nationals Required

Dancers may move between company levels as their technique, commitment, and performance ability develop. Our goal is to place each dancer where they will thrive, feel confident, and be challenged appropriately.
