Meet Our Dance Leader

Nick was born and raised in Traverse City Michigan, where he fell in love with dance. He studied at the Traverse City Dance Center, training in a variety of styles with a primary focus on ballet, jazz, contemporary, tap, and lyrical for over 10+ years . Nick has been in numerous full length ballet productions with leading roles in Cinderella, Snow White, and a company original production The Enchanted Garden; attended work shops with both Joffrey Ballet and New York City Ballet; received a full scholarship to the Brighton Michigan Dance Festival, where he had the opportunity to choreograph his own solo. While in high school Nick also produced and choreographed for a high school production “Disney and Desserts” as well as choreographing for the schools show choir on occasion. Nicks love of dance lead him to find another passion for hair styling. Blending his two loves, Nick works as a full time hairstylist in Chicago, and look forward to bringing his talents back into the dance world. Contact Nick at nick@thrivedanceproject.com
