Megan Gardner

Megan grew up in Shorewood, Illinois and began dancing at age 3. In high school, she was a member the Minooka Dance Team for 4 years, placing 3rd in state during her senior year. She attended and recently graduated from Missouri State University, where she was a member of MO State Movement, the school’s student-lead competitive dance team. Their team has competed at NDA nationals for the past three years, where they have advanced to finals in the D1 Jazz Division all three years. During her last two years on the team, Megan held an executive position and helped lead the team’s 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 seasons. 

Over the course of her dancing career, Megan has trained with and performed under several companies including: Ballet Chicago, Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, DanceWerks, and The Moscow Ballet. Megan is excited to work with dancers and is passionate to help them grow at Thrive!
